The Valley Trader is a dedicated buy, sell, and trade publication, specializing in free classifieds, such as household items, pets, autos, jewelry, collectibles, etc., that individuals are selling. We also offer businesses the opportunity to advertise their services or products for a fee.

Founded in 1979, we are a family-owned and operated company based in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Our mission is to provide an affordable, effective, and user-friendly platform for buying, selling, and trading within the local community.

Distribution

Our publication is widely distributed within a 100-mile radius of Winchester, Virginia, including convenience stores and grocery stores such as 7-11, Sheetz, Wa Wa's, Food Lion, and gas stations.

Business Ads

Business Display Ads are available in B/W or full color. The ad must be received through postal mail or by email no later than 4 PM on Thursdays. Ads already set up and formatted to our column size can be emailed to us by 4 PM on Fridays.
